Our cleaning assistance are the reason we have grown and expanded. The heart and vision we hold for our assistants is to enable them to make a (good) living, encourage them to pursue the dreams and desires of their heart, and equip them with the skill set needed to take hold of what they are created to do.
Cleaning is more than just a practical necessity. Cleaning is about imparting honor and dignity to our clients while growing and developing character that we can apply to any job and situation.
We only work with the best. You must be willing to get "OCD" if you work with us. I guarantee you, there is not another cleaning company in town that offers the same level of detail for the efficiency that we do. In order to provide that level of service, we ask for a willingness to learn and grow while being willing to take the time to do a job well and right. Our standards are high because our word and promise to our clients matters and the bar we have set for ourselves is set apart.

Our cleaning has a direct impact on their motivation, encouragement, and ability to use their time well. We want to empower them to pursue their dreams as well. Household tasks generally takes the average person between 7-20 hours per week. When we come (even once a month), we are giving the gift of time so that they can connect with their families, pursue hobbies, attain goals, and rest. Some of our clients are busy and others are sick or disabled. Through this service, we are offering a chance for them to invest their most valuable asset (time) in the areas of their lives that matter most to them. What a gift!

We believe in empowering you! Our pay is set by the job rather than by the hour. All of our assistants are contracted because it allows for the most flexibility. Our aim and mission is to equip our assistants to pursue the dreams and desires of their hearts while encouraging excellence and character development.
We have high standards for ourselves and for you! We will push you because we promise the best service in Kansas City to our clients. We believe that if our assistants are willing to take the time and energy to offer their best in the little details, they will be positioned to do their best in the big things. Our pay is based on speed and efficiency. Most of our cleaners will make between $15-20/HR.
Contracted cleaners are required to provide their own supplies. If you do not own supplies, we can work with you by allowing you to participate in a "rent to own" option that we offer.
We also offer cleaning tips and a team oriented environment to ensure you are comfortable and prepared for the tasks and roles of the jobs. We feel strongly about encouraging questions and we are open to any suggestions that may improve the service we offer to our clients! We have had many assistance teach us better ways to serve and stand out!
